Terms Of Service

1. Payment & Prices

- All prices are listed in USD
- Payment is required upfront (full payment or 50/50 for special cases
- Slots can be consulted and reserverd through this form
- Payment only via Paypal invoice.

2. Commission Process

- Work begins only after payment is confirmed.
- Updates are sent during key stages (sketch, lineart and colors).
- Minor edits are free during the sketch phase; major edits or redesigns may cost extra.

3. Dos and Dont's

Furries/anthro
Humans/humanoids
Fat/chubby characters
OCs and Fanart
Simple backgrounds

I DON'T
Non-consensual content
Hateful or discriminatory themes
Mecha/robots
Fetish
Excessive weaponry
Extreme physical exaggerations
Anything that makes me uncomfortable.

That said, if any of these elements are specifically requested and discussed beforehand, I may consider it depending on the project and my comfort level.

4. Turnaround Time

- Maximum delivery time: up to 90 - 150 days maximum
- Rush options are available with a fee depending on complexity and queue.

5. Usage Rights (Commissions)

- Commissions are for personal use only, unless agreed otherwise.
- Commercial use (prints, merch, games, etc.) must be discussed beforehand and will include an additional licensing fee.
- If you prefer your commission to remain private/unpublished, a $50 privacy fee applies.

6. Usage Rights (Adopts)

- Adopts can be delivered via Toyhouse transfer or email. If the buyer does not have a Toyhouse account, a code can be requested at the time of purchase.
- When purchasing an adopt, you gain full personal rights: rename, redesign, develop lore, or use it in non-commercial projects.
- Credit for the original design is appreciated, especially when sharing the initial artwork.
- Commercial use is not included by default — contact me for licensing.
- Reselling, trading, or gifting the adopt is allowed, but you cannot resell it for more than you paid unless it includes additional art you commissioned.

7. Refunds & Cancellation.

- Cancellations before I begin will be 100% refunded
- No refunds after the artwork has started, except in cases of delayed orders, where the amount proportional to the stage the commission is in will be refunded.

8. Posting & Sharing

- I may share your commission or adopt design on my social media/portfolio unless you request privacy (privacy fee applies).
- Please credit me as the original artist when posting or sharing the art/design.
